Reformer Group Classes

Led by certified instructors, our Pilates Reformer classes focus on controlled movements, proper alignment, and breathwork to improve flexibility, core strength, and posture.
 

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates helps people learn the correct movement of the entire body post-physiotherapy. The body is a system, and Clinical Pilates, taught under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist, helps patients move correctly throughout the entire body.
 
Clinical Pilates helps patients re-learn how to move better and increase their self-awareness of their body movements, improving their knowledge and providing guided practice to improve in these areas; they increase their capacity and ability to maintain and improve their physical health and fitness. This also helps tremendously in healing and preventing future injuries.
 

Yoga
