Dr Coni Liu Wen Chun
Founding Dermatologist

MBBS (Singapore), MRCS (Edinburgh), FAMS (Dermatology)

Dr Coni Liu is a Ministry of Health accredited specialist who practices in the fields of general dermatology, dermatology surgery, and aesthetic dermatology with a special interest in women’s dermatology.

Prior to setting up a private practice, Dr Liu was a Consultant Dermatologist with the National Skin Centre, where part of her role involved overseeing the women's clinic. She played an integral role in promoting women's health and was an invited speaker for local and international medical conferences. For the training of future doctors, she was also a clinical tutor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Singapore.

Dr Liu is a member of the Dermatological Society of Singapore, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (Dermatology), and Member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr Kong Yan Ling
Co-Founding Dermatologist

Dr Kong Yan Ling is a Ministry of Health accredited Consultant Dermatologist, with an interest in paediatric dermatology, inpatient/hospital dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, and skin surgery.

Prior to DermAlly, Dr Kong was a Consultant Dermatologist at the National Skin Centre and a Visiting Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. She was also a clinical tutor for the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University.

Dr Kong graduated from NUS and completed her specialist training in Dermatology in 2018, followed by a postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology, (University of Cardiff) in 2020.

Dr Kong is a member of the Dermatological Society of Singapore, Asian Society of Pediatric Dermatology, International Society of Pediatric Dermatology, and a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (Dermatology).
