Zoey is a dedicated fitness coach with close to a decade of experience helping clients get stronger, faster, and fitter. A former school athlete and now a hybrid competitor, she has completed 7 Hyrox events, ranking top 10 in her age group, and 2 full marathons. Zoey specialises in guiding clients from 0 foundation to lifting beyond their body weight in strength training and improving endurance. Her mission is simple: build lasting strength and performance with safe, sustainable training.
