About TLM Foot-Knee-Back-Arm Orthotics Center

TLM Foot-Knee-Back-Arm Orthotics Center provides revolutionary full-body orthotics treatments for patients with musculoskeletal conditions that cause foot, knee and back pain. Most conditions, such as bunion, knee osteoarthritis and slipped disc, are treated using a unique orthotic footwear and insole treatment system developed by our founder and chief orthotist, Prof. Li Ming. 
 
Each pair of TLM orthotic footwear and insoles are orthoses (medical devices) that are designed and manufactured locally using TLM's orthotics technology developed and improved for more than 20 years. They are made specifically to help each patient’s body find its ideal balancing position and correct body alignment back to how it was before deformation. Coupled with training to help kick poor walking habits, most patients can expect immediate pain relief and reclaim their mobility as their body structure and posture improves gradually during treatment.
 
Our dedication to excellence and providing the best care for our patients has won us recognition locally and abroad, receiving a total of 18 awards between 2015 to 2025.

Prof. Li Ming 
Founder and Chief Orthotist

Prof. Li Ming, TLM's founder and chief orthotist, specialises in treating patients with foot pain, knee pain and back pain caused by musculoskeletal system conditions. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience and worked in various hospitals and clinical departments such as Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, Pain Management, Rehabilitation Medicine, Physiotherapy, Neurology and Hand Surgery.

Her work experience led her to believe that the design of orthoses can be greatly improved so they can be used as a form of non-invasive medical treatment rather than simply for holding and supporting injured joints. 

Therefore, to push the boundaries of the orthotics industry, Prof. Li Ming developed a unique orthotic insole and orthotic footwear treatment system for patients with musculoskeletal system conditions. Almost all patients see improvements after treatment and many recovered fully from their musculoskeletal system conditions.
