Tanya’s journey with fitness started in her teens with the realisation that she was anything but the picture of health. With lifestyle changes and continuously adjusting her workouts, she managed to shed many kilos and achieve her desired weight. Encouraged by her success, she decided to embark on this professionally to help others.
With over six years of experience, Tanya specialises in strength and conditioning, fat loss and pre/post-natal one-on-one training for all levels – from beginners to sportspersons, and HIIT group classes that are challenging but fun.
She is passionate about coaching, motivating and empowering her clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals and reach their potential. As a group instructor, she loves to lead and inspire the participants to move and have an enjoyable experience.
For her, fitness is not just about lifting weights or looking good but feeling good because she believes you excel in life when you feel good. Nothing makes her feel more accomplished than seeing her clients achieve a happy and well-balanced, sustainable lifestyle that makes them feel physically and mentally strong and reduces the risk of future health-related issues.
Tanya has ACE Personal Training, pre/post-natal for women and sports performance certification from International Sports Academy.
