May is the founder of Spry-Fit and a senior Pilates teacher who brings a new approach to Pilates, combining knowledge from her Degree in Physiotherapy, Functional Training and Therapeutic exercise. She specialises in correcting the biomechanics to allow the body to be 100% efficient and adaptable. Endurance, strength, balance, and mobility are concepts to work in every class.
