Shane is a certified personal trainer specialising in strength training, functional fitness, and long-term health. A former junior national road cycling champion, he went on to serve nearly 12 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he developed his philosophy of discipline, integrity, and people-first leadership — values that now guide his coaching practice.
After leaving the Army, Shane chose to pursue his true calling: helping others move, feel, and live better. Beyond the gym, he’s a lover of good food, cats, and building strong communities.
Shane has coached group classes and worked with clients in both 1-to-1 and small group PT settings. His experience spans the full spectrum of ages and abilities — from seniors in their 80s, to youth athletes, and busy professionals. He is recognised for building strong relationships, understanding individual needs, and delivering evidence-based programs that help clients move with confidence, build strength, and improve overall quality of life.
