Pilates Reformer

The reformer is a spring-based equipment for pilates exercises. While the resistance it provides can be used to make exercises more challenging, it can aid and ease certain movements. This makes it a good option to help you build the strength, balance and body awareness to achieve and improve in more advanced matwork or bodyweight exercises.

  • Grip socks are compulsory for Pilates Reformer classes.

  • Note that Pilates Reformer & Pilates Matwork are not the same type of class.
