Originally born in Singapore and raised in Malaysia, she maintains an active lifestyle—hiking, running, swimming, martial arts, racket sports—and her journey into motherhood (three boys) deepened her passion for empowering women through pregnancy and beyond.
Her physiotherapy career began supporting sports teams and events, before spending 11 years at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where she developed extensive expertise in musculoskeletal conditions, especially sports injuries, spine, hip, pelvis, lower limb pain, and post-operative rehab. During her hospital tenure, Rachel headed the hospital’s continence management clinic, gaining strong experience in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in both women and men—including incontinence, prolapse, and defecatory disorders.
