About PhysiCo.

PhysiCo. is built from a deep obsession with human physiology and the relentless pursuit of clinical evidence in physiotherapy.

At PhysiCo., we treat conditions by teaching you how to build physical resilience through the Rebuild Protocol—a step-by-step, collab-centric framework meant for self-sufficiency.

Who we work with:

  • Working professionals who wish to get back into active lifestyles

  • Post-surgery rehab cases

  • High-performing athletes who want to train without the fear of reinjury

  • Anyone who wishes to build their own version of physical wellness that lasts

We believe in ownership, discipline, and the quiet pursuit of self-mastery in this intentional, collaborative space.

"Physiotherapy should feel like a personal architecture project. When someone understands how their body works and takes part in rebuilding it, the outcome isn’t just recovery - it’s something far more durable.”

Adrian

Adrian is a physiotherapist and the founder of PhysiCo., holding a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology.

He has a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular focus on sports injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. His work commonly involves guiding individuals through recovery from procedures such as ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, and spinal interventions, with the goal of returning them not just to daily function but to full performance.

Adrian is a firm advocate of evidence-informed practice and believes that effective physiotherapy is built on collaboration. Guided by his philosophy that “physiotherapy should feel like a personal architecture project," he works closely with clients to empower them with the knowledge and tools needed to build their own version of physical wellness.

Beyond the clinic, Adrian maintains an active lifestyle - training for HYROX competitions, preparing for marathons, and creating short-form content to share insights on movement and rehabilitation.

He is a member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association and an active alumnus of D’Streak Flo, a dance club from SIT, where he continues to support members as a physiotherapist, helping them stay injury-free while preparing for major performances and competitions such as recitals or Super24.
