About Mentewise
At Mentewise, we believe counselling should feel collaborative, supportive and tailored to each individual. Sessions offer a safe and confidential space to explore personal or professional challenges, recognise patterns in your thoughts and emotions, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, each session is interactive and adapted to your needs. Through practical stress-management strategies and thought-training exercises, Mentewise helps you manage unhelpful thoughts, strengthen your coping skills and refocus on what matters most.
If stress or recurring thoughts are holding you back, Mentewise is here to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and calm.

Shevangi Ghandhi
Founder and Professional Counsellor
Hi, I am Shevangi Gandhi, a qualified Mental Health counsellor with a Master's of Guidance and Counselling from James Cook University Singapore and B.A Psychology from the University at Buffalo. I specialise specifically in Thought management coaching, and help clients navigate Stress, Anxiety, Life transition and Mild depression.
I started Mentewise because I saw how young adults - bright, capable, and full of potential - struggled quietly with stress, overthinking, and anxiety. I wanted to create a safe space where they could explore their thoughts without judgment, and learn tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
