House of Hale is a Singapore-based holistic wellness brand rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda. Designed specifically for modern urban living, House of Hale provides personalised consultations, lifestyle guidance and therapies for stress management, metabolic balance, gut restoration, and skin vitality. We believe true health is not a one-size-fits-all formula, but an individualised state of harmony between body, mind, and environment. At House of Hale, we empower you to reclaim your natural vitality and live a balanced, vibrant life.
Our Approach:
House of Hale operates on core Ayurvedic principles:
- Balance: Health is the equilibrium of Vata (movement), Pitta (metabolism), and Kapha (structure). Modern life disrupts this balance; we help restore it.
- Prevention: Wellness is proactive, not reactive. Daily rituals prevent imbalances before they manifest as symptoms.
- Personalisation: No two individuals are the same. Solutions are tailored to constitution, lifestyle, and specific concerns.
Ayurvedic Consultation & Assessment
Every House of Hale journey begins with a personal consultation — pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pareeksha), constitution (Prakruti) analysis, and a written treatment plan.
Personalised Therapy Sessions are then recommended based on the constitution (Prakruti), imbalance (Vikruti) analysis, and the goals which the client desires to achieve.

Bhupinder Kaur
Founder and Ayurveda Therapist
Bhupinder Kaur is the Founder of House of Hale and an Ayurveda Therapist whose path into wellness began through her own experience of recovery. After serious health challenges left her relying on a wheelchair, she began exploring Ayurveda and holistic wellness as part of a broader healing journey. The experience changed how she viewed health: not only as something to address when problems arise, but as something shaped every day by our routines, rest, food, movement, stress and self-awareness.
"When Ayurveda helped me regain my ability to walk and a normal lifestyle, it changed the way I looked at health and wellness. I knew I wanted to learn more and eventually help others experience that same sense of hope and achievement of wellness."
Motivated to turn that experience into meaningful work, Bhupinder completed her Ayurveda therapist training and Wellness Professionals certifications, building practical skills in Ayurveda and wellness practices. She went on to establish House of Hale as a space where traditional Ayurvedic principles can be translated into realistic, modern wellness practices.
"Every client has their own story and challenges. My goal is to create a safe space where people can discover wellness approaches that work for them and empower them to make positive changes in their lives."
At Core Collective, Bhupinder works with clients who want a more personalised approach to recovery, stress management, daily routines and preventive wellness. Her aim is to meet each person where they are, understand their lifestyle and goals, and help them build sustainable habits that support their wider fitness and wellness journey.
