Founder and Pilates Instructor

Once an athlete, now a fitness instructor of MANY programs, she discovered the magic of Pilates after feeling the toll of intense cardio on her body and mind. Under the wings of Alvin Giam, Asia’s only gold certified master trainer, she became a certified instructor after 9 months of intense training in 2015. But hey, her journey didn’t stop there! Yoga came knocking, throwing her some emotional curveballs she embraced like a champ. In 2020, she nailed a Yoga Teacher Training with Leigh from Living Yoga and dived into Clinical Pilates with Breathe Education, Australia for injury recovery and athletic fitness.

Proud owner of “Grounded Spaces,” Felicia’s spot is where holistic fitness thrives. Her life motto? “Stay present.” In her classes, she sparks curiosity, cracks jokes, and adapts to every level, infusing some humor into those sweat sessions. Beyond fitness, she’s all about family, friends, and her two fluffy dogs. And hey, despite her love for fitness, her kryptonite? Truffle fries paired with red wine. Shh, don’t tell!
