ETA Physiotherapy
About ETA Physiotherapy
At ETA, our role is not simply to “fix” something or make the body “perfect.” Instead, we focus on supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal. Our goal is to enhance the client’s Biomechanical Auto-Regulation, helping the body find greater balance and harmony within itself. By working with the body rather than forcing change, we aim to optimise movement, function, and overall well-being. Through this approach, the body is given the opportunity to respond and recover in its own way, supporting a more balanced and sustainable state of health.

Li Ying
Founder and Physiotherapist
Li Ying began her journey as a physiotherapist in 2007, building her practice upon a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and the body’s capacity for self-regulation and healing. Over the years, she has continued to broaden her perspective through training in Polestar Pilates, Barral Osteopathy Institute’s visceral and neural approaches, Polyvagal work with Eric Marlien, and scar and bone work with Sharon Wheeler.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that the body functions as an interconnected whole. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, Li Ying seeks to listen to the body, appreciate its unique patterns, and support its innate capacity to restore balance, integration, and vitality.
