We recommend entering the ice bath in your swimwear or water-resistant sportswear. Please avoid going in completely nude.
How often can I use the ice bath?
  • Daily sessions are safe, so it is ultimately up to you!
  • It also depends on your health and wellness goals, and how your body feels after sessions – many people go 1-3 times a week. If you have a specific health-related concern, please consult with your physician before utilising our ice baths. 
Who should avoid using the ice bath?
  • We do not recommend ice baths for pregnant women and people with cardiovascular conditions. 
  • Anyone suffering from health conditions or unsure about using the ice bath should always consult their doctor before use.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be supervised when using ice baths.
Is the ice bath hygienic?
Yes, we ensure that the tub is cleaned daily. Our ice baths also have a robust cleaning system with ozone sanitation and an exchangeable polypropylene filter. This keeps the water clean and fresh for multiple uses.
What do I do if it gets too cold?
You may partially submerge yourself instead of entirely in the ice bath. This allows your body to get used to the cold gradually. If the cold is unbearable, you may exit the tub early.
