You possess robust marketing skills in B2B and B2C environments. You are an individual who is not only passionate about driving positive business outcomes but also excels in leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong and proven experience in team leadership. You also have a keen eye for market trends and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Marketing Strategy
    • Regularly review marketing strategy, activities, and performance to assess the effectiveness of current strategies
    • Develop new marketing plans from strategy to execution to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for Member and Resident Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets
    • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful allocation of resources
  • Brand Custodian
    • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
    • Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual and messaging elements
  • Team Management
    • Mentor and develop the marketing team in executing marketing strategies while cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
    • Ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities
    • Provide regular feedback and development opportunities, with regular check-ins with team members
  • Paid Ads Strategy and Vendor Management:
    • Conceptualise and develop a paid ads strategy to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Management of vendors to ensure alignment and to execute the paid advertising strategy effectively

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of overall working experience in Brand and Marketing
  • Have been in a supervisory or managerial role with experience leading a team for at least 3 years.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills, leadership, prioritisation and communication skills.
  • A natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
  • A 360-degree view of business and can holistically consider the implications to the customer experience should any business needs change.
  • You can work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • An aptitude to anticipate any changes
  • You can maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • A high level of strategic and forward-thinking
