ASND is a strength and fitness coaching practice built around one simple idea: helping people feel strong, capable, and prepared for life at every stage.
Working with people of all ages, with a particular focus on youth and older adults, ASND focuses on building physical resilience through structured, evidence-based training that prioritises good movement, confidence, and long-term health. Coaching is delivered through 1-to-1 and small group sessions, allowing for a personalised approach while fostering accountability and consistency.
Rather than chasing quick fixes or extreme methods, ASND emphasises sustainable progress - supporting clients to move better, manage pain, and develop strength that carries over into daily life. The practice is grounded in the belief that strength has no age limit, and that meaningful improvement is possible regardless of one’s starting point.

Shane Yeap
Founder and Personal Trainer
Shane Yeap is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who helps people build lasting strength and confidence through evidence-based strength training, functional fitness, and long-term health coaching.
A former junior national road cycling champion and Army officer for nearly twelve years, Shane brings a unique blend of discipline, integrity, and people-first leadership to his coaching practice.
His clients include busy professionals, recreational athletes, and individuals returning to fitness - but he’s especially passionate about supporting older adults and youth. Guided by the belief that sustainable change, not quick fixes, leads to true progress, Shane tailors each programme to meet clients where they are and help them thrive for the long run.
Known for his attentive, relationship-driven approach, Shane designs thoughtful, progressive programmes that help clients move better, feel better, and live stronger—in and out of the gym.
Outside of coaching, he’s a lover of good food, cats, and community - values that reflect his belief that fitness should enrich life, not consume it.
