Ziyad is a committed yet easy going trainer who provides a suitable workout for all needs and body types. He takes the time to understand his clients’ needs and limitations and later guides them with excellent tailored programmes designed for each individual’s objective. His programmes cover all the essentials of strength, agility, balance and sports performance, which in turn helps to improve joint and muscle group movement.
Ziyad specializes in fat and weight loss, flexibility training, endurance and strength training and functional core training.
He is a certified FIASF International and PTA Global Personal Trainer as well as a Level 1 Agatsu- Kettlebell Instructor.
In his free time, Ziyad enjoys playing soccer, watching movies, working out in the gym and meeting new people.
