"I have been training with Aaron since Sep 2020. Over the last 20 years, I have been running and weight training and have always been looking to improve performance and prevent injuries, which have impacted me a few times. Aaron has guided me to build a fitness routine which helps offset my lifestyle and allows me to train and recover efficiently. We have worked hard at building lost strength and power, whilst removing any imbalances in my body. I am also delighted that there are no new injuries. Would highly recommend Aaron - he is patient and highly technical."
