Rhythm Cycling

Move to the beat of the music in an exciting cardiovascular workout experience, incorporating upper body movements, all while syncing movement with rhythm. Each song features a routine that focuses on different muscle groups switching between fat burn, endurance and HIIT.

Exercises on the bikes are also designed to produce an "afterburn" - allowing your body to continue to burn calories, long after you've finished the ride.
