Priscilla’s love for Barre started paving her Pilates journey, where she found synergies of Barre, Pilates (both mat and reformer) and yoga complementing one another.
She teaches private one-on-one, duet and trio sessions where she infuses these modalities, and reformer classes in which she hopes to educate clients on how to build strength and mobility, and move more efficiently and pain-free.
She is certified Barre, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Pre/Post Natal by BarreBody and STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor Mat & Reformer.
