Nirvana Mind aims to create a consciously thriving community and online platform through Mindfulness, Meditation, Awareness & Compassion. It is a secular support system and a safe space where one can explore and pay attention to their inner self.
Helen Clare Rozario
Through a life-changing incident, Helen gained the clarity and motivation to realize that she needed to do something more purposeful. This was how the idea of Nirvana Mind was born.
Helen is dedicated to sharing practical tools for people looking to improve their lives.
She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, in training with the University of California San Diego Medical School's Center For Mindfulness. She is also a Kundalini Yoga practitioner and a Birth Doula in training, registered with the Doulas Of Singapore.
