Natalie is an organizational psychologist with a passion for promoting self-discovery and personal growth with her clients.
Based in Singapore since 2009, she has over 17 years experience working across Europe and South-East Asia, designing and delivering culturally sensitive interventions to help organizations achieve strategic success through developing business leaders and high potentials. She is lead coach and facilitator for a number of leadership development programmes in the region and is also a faculty executive coach with INSEAD.
Natalie has a passion for coaching groups, individuals and teams. Her specialist training in the areas of neuroscience, group dynamics, emotional and MindBody approaches enables her to work with the entire human experience to support clients to access and unlock their potential. With an appreciation of the uniqueness and complexity of each individual and their context, her coaching is individually tailored and systemic resulting in a dynamic approach to the individual or team and their circumstances.
Natalie holds a BSc. Psychology from the University of London, MSc. Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Master of Counselling from Monash University. She is a chartered psychologist licenced under the British Psychological Society where she is also an Associate Fellow.
