About Nada

Originally from Australia, as a young girl, Nada moved to London to train as a professional classical ballet dancer with the English National Ballet before embarking on a comprehensive 1,700 hour Pilates training with the Pilates Foundation UK. A series of life events prompted a move to New York City, and for her to delve into the Gyrotonic method and many other movement and theory trainings in the amazing city. The education journey is constant, and with over 4,000 hours in movement education and training and over 15 years of teaching, she has taught a wide variety of clients from dancers, athletes, photographers, doctors, mothers, office workers and celebrities to name a few.

Nada teaches private 1on 1 sessions where she infuses these modalities, and group reformer classes in which she hopes to educate clients on how to build strength and mobility, and to move more efficiently.

With three children of her own, two of them being home-births in Singapore has given Nada inside knowledge into the rigors of birth and how to help the prenatal population in birth preparation and recovery into motherhood, a specialty that she thoroughly enjoys. She strongly values the diversity of movement with no one-size-fits-all protocol, so she encourages variety and diversity in movement always.
