Kelly is a Pilates instructor and a huge movement-lover (she can’t sit still!). Her first foray into Pilates was back in 2013, when she joined her first Pilates class for fun, thinking it was just stretching. She was in for a shock when she found myself working tiny muscles which she never knew existed, and got acquainted with her core, possibly for the first time in her life. That first lesson got her hooked, and she eventually became a Pilates instructor herself.
Kelly’s classes are always fun, with new movements to keep things varied, while being rooted in the Pilates principles of being precise in alignment, with an emphasis on core control and improving mobility. It gives her great satisfaction when her students walk out of class feeling taller, stronger, and more connected internally.
Kelly’s approachable demeanor and patient coaching make it easy for beginners to hop into her group classes without feeling like it’s hard to keep up, and she also keeps things dynamic and exciting for those who are up for a good challenge.
Her qualifications include:
- Polestar Pilates Matwork
- Polestar Pilates Reformer
- Center for Women’s Fitness Pre- & Post-natal Pilates
