Being in the personal training industry for 11 years has given Jasmine the opportunity to work with people of all ages (8-88) and capabilities. If you’re new to training, she'll guide you; teaching you to move better and make better choices of nutrition for your body. If you already have experienced training but want a better direction in your fitness regime, she will help you learn more about your body’s ability to get strong and become the best version you can be.
What she enjoys most is working with people with injuries and niggles that come with ageing because it challenges her the most, but at the same time, she's never failed at making one stronger and pain-free!
Maybe you’re just getting ready for your wedding or a very special beach holiday. Jasmine can help you efficiently and sustainably work towards a body that you will be confident in. She believes that short-term goals are the reason why people often start their fitness journey and end up falling in love with how strong their body becomes, learning along the way that strength training also helps to prevent injuries.
She also believes in the benefits of staying fit throughout pregnancy. She's trained pregnant clients up to the very last week of labour, specially designing programmes to vary during the different courses of pregnancy and resulting in reduced back-aches, a smooth and quick delivery, and your ability to get back into shape quicker after you deliver. You are in good hand because she will connect you to other healthcare professionals if needed.
