If you feel trapped and stuck in your present life;
If you have lost your meaning of life somewhere along the way;
If you feel like giving up because it’s too overwhelming or beyond your ability to cope;
If you keep repeating the same thing that no longer serves any purpose in your life;
If you are stuck between trying to live a life and trying to run away from it;
YOU don’t have to be alone in your struggles.
With their combined clinical knowledge and experiences of almost 30 years, Lina and John have learnt to look beyond symptoms of mental health labels such as addiction, anxiety, depression and discover that the underlying root causes often involve grief and loss, self-critic and self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, emotion dysregulation, adverse childhood experiences or even childhood trauma.
As their logo illustrates, Healing Haven aspires to provide a safe and sacred refuge (represented by the house) for YOU (represented by the tree) to heal, grow and thrive towards unlimited possibilities. The healing and transformation are facilitated by our warm, intuitive, and nurturing counsellors/psychotherapists (represented by the hand holding the tree) as they strongly believe that:
“Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed; it means the damage no longer controls our lives”
