About Tyng

Tyng believes in the healing powers of taking a holistic approach to training. Armed with an internationally accredited certificate in nutrition coaching, Tyng believes that when we see food as more than just fuel we will also be able to witness how small changes can and will result in long term sustainable progress.

As a yoga practitioner for over 15 years, Tyng is known for working miracles in the rehabilitative field and is often seen working with clients from all walks of life using personalised programmes combining Pilates reformer, yoga, and strength training to help achieve their specific goals.
