The Events Executive is responsible for all internal or external events involving our professionals and/or members.

Since our launch in 2018, Core Collective has propelled the professional growth of hundreds of fitness and wellness practitioners and business owners, by providing a convenient and cost-effective plug-and-play solution at our four centres of excellence at Anson Road, Dempsey, Katong and Sentosa.

What We're Looking For:

As Core Collective grows, we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Events Executive to join the team.

Core Collective’s customers are termed Residents. Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, Pilates instructors, and physiotherapists are a few examples of our residents who comprise Core Collective's vast community of health and wellness professionals.

Our Events Executive supports and executes internal and external events, including but not limited to event space rental management, networking events and lead-generating events.

As a product expert, our Events Executive will:

  • Help Core Collective residents to improve their businesses through events.

  • Create networking and growth opportunities for Core Collective residents via networking events.

  • Build and grow Core Collective event revenue opportunities via space rental.  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Demonstrate your event management skills from inception to the end, including timeline creation and management, budgeting, contract negotiation, relationship maintenance, program management, data analysis and reporting.

  • Support and manage events based on residents' and clients’ requests and ensure that all event logistics arrangements are managed

  • Finalise logistic requirements of confirmed events, maximise revenue through up-selling and ensure all information is shared effectively with the Group. 

  • Develop and manage the events calendar and drive the execution of campaigns, initiatives and events by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Work closely with relevant internal departments to organise the different formats of events, to ensure we meet end users’ expectations

  • Evaluate and feedback from all participants and event owners to identify improvements.

  • Assess campaign effectiveness by preparing tracking reports and analysing results

  • Identify and implement new event trends to anticipate and meet future challenges in the ever-changing environment

  • Assist in handling inbound queries for events space

  • Perform outbound events sales. 

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience managing physical, virtual and hybrid events.

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire higher usage

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships.

  • Proven track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell

  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
