What you will do:

  • Execute business development and sales strategy to attract and convert the best professionals and partners to the business in doing so, hit revenue and space utilization targets

  • Generate high-quality prospects and leads for the business by:

    • Conducting research and creatively identifying new prospects

    • Conducting outreach via Linkedin, cold calling and email

    • Creatively list building and reaching out to wellness and fitness professionals to pitch our services and products

    • Attending networking or other promotional events

  • Schedule and conduct pre-screening calls with the business's prospects

  • Preparation of compelling proposals and other sales collateral to attract new residents

  • Conduct sales tours and maintain rapport with new prospects, nurturing them through the sales pipeline

  • Oversee the prospect journey from deal close to onboarding

  • Check and file prospect documentation and efficiently handover to our community team

  • Maintain the business’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and provide timely updates on sales metrics to the team

  • Reach out to corporate partners to promote the business services and residents

What we look for:

  • Graduated in Business, Communications or related fields

  • Knowledge or interest in the fitness and wellness industry 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Should possess strong research skills, detailed oriented and good time management

  • Experience with CRM systems, namely Hubspot preferred
