The Business Development and Sales Lead’s purpose is to help recruit the best professionals and partners to Core Collective. This includes resident acquisition, engagement and retention at Core Collective.

Key success measures are:

  • Number of leads

  • Number of first meetings

  • Number of conversions

  • Resident acquisition, engagement and conversion

  • Space utilization

  • Curation of diverse and complementary residents (fitness and wellness)

Key accountabilities

The key accountabilities for the position are listed below:

  • To help develop a BD and sales strategy to attract and convert the best professionals and partners to Core Collective, in doing so, hit revenue and space utilization targets

  • Generate high-quality prospects and leads for Core Collective by:

    • Conducting outreach via Linkedin, cold calling and emails

    • Conducting research and identifying new prospects

    • Reaching out to wellness and fitness professionals to pitch our services and products

    • Attending networking events

  • Preparation of compelling proposals and other sales collateral to attract new residents

  • Ensure prompt and speedy response to maximize potential opportunities

  • Responsible for conducting sales tours of Core Collective

  • Maintain a good working relationship with new prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline

  • Maintain Core Collective’s customer relationship management (CRM) system

  • Update the team with weekly BD & sales metrics

  • Attend networking and other promotional events to connect with potential prospects

  • Reach out to corporate partners to promote Core Collective’s services and residents

  • Create meaningful partnerships that will contribute value to Core Collective’s community
