Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that incorporates other fitness elements such as pilates, dance, yoga and strength training in high reps of small range movements. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.
Grip socks are compulsory for Barre classes.
